The Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel opened in September in the building of the former Hotel Palomar. The luxury boutique property has 287 guest rooms on 21 floors and 17 suites. The hotel has an ultra-modern yet approachable vibe and 10,600 square feet of meeting space. The largest meeting room is a 4,500 sq. ft. Banquet hall that accommodates groups of 500. For special events, the hotel also has a second-floor rooftop lounge with comfortable bench seating, cabanas, and fire pits. The hotel is in the Midtown area of Atlanta, near Piedmont Park and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
