A multimillion-dollar renovation is complete at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort and Spa. The updates are apparent as soon as you step into the renovated lobby, which now has a Caribbean bungalow atmosphere with new furniture, large mirrors framed in pearls, and artwork of local plants and animals.
The oceanfront resort’s 343 guest rooms and suites have new furniture, carpeting, bedding, artwork, and flat-screen plasma televisions. Bathrooms have granite vanities and marble flooring, as well as snapshots by a local photographer. More than 9,000 square feet of indoor meeting facilities also was refreshed with modern carpeting and painting. Exterior renovations include new landscaping, an upgraded freshwater pool, and new poolside cabanas. The new Beach Ambassadors program aims to pamper guests by fulfilling requests from specific lounge chair spots to serving frozen drinks and beach grill orders.
