Hyatt Hotels Corporation will reflag its newly purchased Avia hotels in Napa, Calif., and Savannah, Ga., this summer as Andaz Napa and Andaz Savannah. Hyatt is the parent company of Andaz, which will now have eight hotels. The conversion of each property includes guest room and lobby restorations. The design of the Andaz Lounge in both cities will be completed by local firms and will showcase the surrounding areas. Both hotels will feature local food menus: The 141-room Andaz Napa will source its products directly from the Northern California region. At the same time, the 151-room Andaz Savannah will serve a market-to-table menu with Low-Country dishes. Andaz Napa will have three venues that can accommodate meetings of up to 130, while Andaz Savannah can host up to 250 in its 2,675 square feet of meeting space.
