Denver-based winery The Infinite Monkey Theorem has moved into a new location in the city’s River North Arts District. With its expanded area, the urban winery is now open for events and private functions, from a wine tasting for two to an evening reception for 500—the 6,000 sq. ft. The winery is surrounded by steel fermenting tanks and wine barrels and can be rented out for seated events of 300 or receptions for 500. Smaller event spaces include The Tap Room, which can host 100 seated or 150 standing, and The Lot, a 5,000 sq. ft. Outdoor patio with a bar and garden restaurant, which can be tented and accommodates 150 seated or 400 for receptions.

Groups have the option to customize their events with additional activities. Winery tours teach attendees about winemaking and can incorporate seasonal activities such as grape-crushing parties or canning and bottling different vintages. Wine labs for groups of 10-15 are led by IMT’s owner and include a private barrel tasting.
