From his early days riding a hotel elevator before Milwaukee Bucks games, Williams knew he enjoyed the hospitality industry. He grew up in the resort area of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and worked at a local cruise line before joining Hyatt Hotels for 11 years after graduating college. Williams is happy to be back in his home state, selling all aspects of Milwaukee, and is active in the Wisconsin MPI chapter.
Williams joined Visit Milwaukee three years ago after serving 13 years with Hyatt and Hilton, where he worked closely with every sales market. A known networker, Williams works in convention sales development and the direct corporate sales market. He has successfully brought new clients to Milwaukee, along with growing interest from state corporations to confirm the city for their meetings.
