What he does: DiPuma runs an experiential event marketing agency providing content development, AV production, full-service event, and meeting planning, and video and graphic design services.

How I got here: “I interned at a health company that sold the division I was in, and my job was to end within two months. A staffer presented me with an opportunity in the meetings and conventions department, and after six months of working in the industry, I was sold. I was a corporate planner for five years, and our team planned more than 300 meetings and events and more than 90 trade shows.”

Giving back: He’s been highly involved in an incentives industry association for eight years and was chapter president in 2015. Last year, he started a young leaders group with five members, a mentor program, and a road map to the future development of others.
