Presented by Fabian De Rozario and Randy Griffin
Thursday, June 6
REGISTER NOW
Diversity isn’t isolated to multicultural groups. Event professionals who embrace diversity create events that reflect their audiences, and select speakers and programming that represent diverse genders, ages, cultures, and a range of experience and perspectives. Welcoming diversity strengthens your event’s position, can increase membership and attendance, and can influence the larger conversation on the subject. During this webinar, Fabian DeRozario and Randy Griffin present the planner and supplier perspectives on the power of diversity in meetings.
Participants will discuss:
- Importance of diversity for industry
- Selecting partners with common vision
- Incorporating diversity into planning
- Communication between planners and suppliers

I really enjoyed Bonnie’s Webinar this afternoon. Can’t figure out how to download the handout for my records. All I see on the site is the opportunity to register.
Has the handout been put onto the site yet?
Thanks for the opportunity to listen.
Mary
Glad you enjoyed the presentation, Mary. A PDF of the PowerPoint is now available for download below the title of the presentation.
Hello:
Where is the link to sign up for the July 18 webinar for Crating and IMploementing a Risk Management Plan?
Thank you,
Melissa
Hi Melissa, this weeks Webinar is actually the first one listed above…it’s sure to be really informative, hope you can still join us in a few hours live from Seattle!
Some of the above webinars state that I can receive 1 clock hour toward CMP Certification, but I’m already a CMP. Can these be used toward re-certification?
Thank so much!
Duke Rosendahl
Yes, Duke! The same credits apply toward recertification. Learn more from the CIC here: http://www.conventionindustry.org/cmp/CMPInfo/CMPRecertification.aspx
I watched the recorded webinar, “The Art of Storytelling: Disney does it with the Details” over the weekend as I am collecting credits towards my CMP re-certification (due 12/31/12) and I haven’t been mailed my completion document to print and include with my re-certification application. The webinar said an e-mail would be sent the following day, but not sure if this applies to people who watched the webinar after it was recorded live. ?? I believe your offices are closed over the holidays, but I am hoping there some kind of automated way for me to get this information from your website so I can include this by the deadline?
