Meeting Incentives: Bermuda and Loews Hotels
Four Bermuda resort properties are offering travel packages for corporate meetings and incentive groups this winter. Cambridge Beaches Resort and Spa has an executive golf retreat package available from Nov. 1 to April 30, 2014, that includes roundtrip airport transfers, meeting space, audiovisual, Internet, golf, spa treatments and more. Both the Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel and the Fairmont Southampton are offering an attrition free package with rates starting at $159. Meetings booked before Dec. 31 for 2012-2013 receive a 5 percent rebate off the master account, complimentary rooms and suite upgrades, meeting space, spa treatments and a discount on golf at the Fairmont Southampton course. At Rosewood Tucker’s Point, golf and spa activities are discounted for groups of 10 or more.
Loews Hotels and Resorts is offering two new programs in 2013 for any size group at each of its 18 hotels. The Meetings Made Simple option includes continental breakfast and lunch, morning and afternoon breaks, discounted audiovisual services, and free Wi-Fi in all meeting spaces and group guest rooms. In its Tailored Meeting program, Loews is offering free Wi-Fi in all meeting spaces and guest rooms or a group power breakfast for planners who customize their meetings.
