Boston DoubleTree opens

The 364-room DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore is open following a complete renovation. All guest rooms were upgraded with new furnishings and amenities and include work desks, 32-inch LCD TVs, mini fridges and complimentary Wi-Fi. Executive rooms on the seventh and eighth floors have large walk-in showers, upgraded amenities and guest access to the new executive lounge for breakfast. More than 30,000 square feet of meeting space has been upgraded, including a 10,000-sq.-ft. ballroom that can accommodate up to 1,300. The hotel’s restaurant, Tradewinds, serves locally sourced, seasonal foods and fresh seafood. Formerly the CoCo Key Water Resort Boston, the hotel has a 65,000-sq.-ft. indoor water park, CoCo Key.
