Meeting Incentives: Florida, Hawaii and Minneapolis
Planners who book a meeting for 2012 at Hilton Sandestin Beach Resort can choose from a list of incentives, based on the number of room nights booked. Perks include 50 percent off Wi-Fi in meeting rooms, one complimentary continental breakfast, $500 towards a teambuilding exercise, and a poolside fire pit event with hot chocolate, s’mores and live music. Planners who book meetings by Dec. 27 will also receive a $150 American Express gift card.
Minneapolis Northwest Convention and Visitors Bureau is giving planners the chance to win a $500 flight voucher and travel accessories. Submit an RFP through mnwevents.com or email it to meetings@mplsnw.com.
Starwood Hotels and Resorts is giving planners more for their meetings. Planners who book before Sept. 30 can choose from bonus Starpoints, complimentary rooms or upgrades, and credits to the master account or for future nights.
