Virginia Beach CVB updates meetings website
The Virginia Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau is acquainting planners with its convention and sales service staff via the new “Meet the Team” feature on its Virginia Beach Meetings website. The new design includes photos and bios of each team member expressing their personalities and allowing planners to get to know the people they’re working with on a more personal level. “Our research shows that our customers expect outstanding customer service, so we start with a great staff that is committed to exceeding our customer’s expectations,” says Al Hutcheson, vice president of convention sales and marketing at the CVB.
