Renovation finished at W San Diego

The W San Diego recently completed a $5 million renovation that added new indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, and a restaurant and rooftop bar. The lobby, referred to as the Living Room, was redesigned with pod chairs and semi-private couches, which give it a lounge-like atmosphere. The hotel’s new restaurant, Kelvin, offers a Latin-influenced tapas menu and uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The 258-room hotel has more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space, including the new 1,705-sq.-ft. Great Room. At night, the new Rooftop at W San Diego lights up with bonfires and views of the city and San Diego Bay. With two full bars, the hotel’s rooftop is a good place for an opening reception or private evening events.
