Millenials. They’re the most studied generation right now by companies and organizations worldwide, trying to figure out how they fit into the professional landscape. Sarah Vining proudly belongs to that group, applying her knowledge about her fellow Gen Y-ers to her work and her volunteer gigs. As the marketing manager for The National Conference Center in Leesburg, Va., she manages the meeting venue’s blog, social media and white paper series. She’s also a board associate with IACC, working with a team of committee volunteers to study new technology and trends, which they share with other IACC members and the board. On the docket this year: launch NCC’s digital marketing campaign via YouTube.
